A tart that marries the scents of the Mediterranean, such as that of lemon, with the sweetness of ricotta!
Lemon has a sour taste and, even if the combination with ricotta might seem risky, the two flavors go very well!
An easy and quick recipe to make, with a fresh and delicate taste that will conquer everyone at the first taste!
Ingredients:
for the pastry:
- 500 g of flour 00 (if you want, you can replace part of the flour with almond flour, to your taste!)
- 250 g of butter
- 250 g of sugar
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
For the ricotta cream:
- 500 g of ricotta cheese
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 whole egg
Furthermore:
- Homemade lemon jam
Method:
- Quickly mix all the ingredients for the pastry, form a loaf and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Prepare the ricotta cream by mixing ricotta, sugar and egg.
- Roll out the pastry, spread the lemon jam.
- After the jam, put the ricotta cream
- Decorate the tart to your liking
- Bake at 180 degrees for at least 30 minutes.
