Free Museums on Sundays in Italy!

By Editor Italy

From April 4th, every first Sunday of the month, it is possible to visit the state museums, archaeological parks and places of culture for free!
The initiative, commissioned by the Ministry of Culture, aims to promote knowledge of the Italian cultural heritage.

With the end of the state of health emergency, free Sundays are restored in places of culture for all visitors who will thus be able to return to benefit from a much loved initiative in its previous editions.

The ministry recalls that even visits on free Sundays, such as those that will take place every day, must take place in full compliance with the new anti-Covid security measures.

From April 1st, only surgical masks will be required to access monuments, museums, galleries, parks and state monumental gardens.

For more information, we invite you to visit the sites of the museums and cultural heritage involved.
